George Sykes, whose dedication and technical growth has led him to achieving P601 certification and the promotion to LEV Test Engineer within the Aftermarket Department. George’s time as a DCE works engineer has provided, hands-on experience, and a wealth of understanding of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems. His new role will see him undertaking thorough testing, ensuring clients meet compliance and performance efficiency with their dust extraction systems.
In parallel, DCE are pleased to welcome Andy Hepworth to their Contracts Team. Andy, a highly experienced LEV Tester in the DCE Aftermarket Team, has demonstrated his dedication by earning both his P601 certification and P604 commissioning qualification. By transferring his extensive skills to his new role in the Contracts Department, Andy will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between system installation, commissioning, and operational support. For DCE clients, this delivers the assurance to clients that their dust extraction systems are fully compliant and optimised for long-term performance when put into operation.
